Who is Paul Schlader?

Paul is a certified Q-Grader, which is held by less than 1,000 people in the country, and it allows him to travel all over the world and score high-quality coffee, helping farmers earn the highest premiums for their products. He discovered his true love for coffee after he tasted an Ethiopian natural processed coffee back in 2008. His attention to detail and desire to always pursue product excellence have been the driving force behind his work over the last 14 years building Birch Coffee.
