Positive Mindset in a Time of Panic

Times are crazy right now. Which is why I wanted to talk to one of the kings of positive mindset. Todd McCullough has built a business designed to help build strong minds and bodies. Todd began his career after getting a degree in finance with Merrill Lynch. After the last economic downturn, he was laid off and had to figure out a new plan. He knew that the world of finance was not what drove him, so he sought to find a new dream as well. 

After being asked by several people to train them, he realized he enjoyed helping people get healthier. He has since spent his career helping others to gain mental and physical health and happiness. 

His mindset is what has really allowed him to succeed however so we discuss how he maintains a healthy mindset even when times are tough. When things happen, like what’s currently going on in the world, you can stay positive and keep a healthy mindset.
