Who is Rich Diviney?

Rich Diviney is a retired Navy SEAL commander, bestselling author, leadership expert, and performance coach. During his 20-plus-year military career, he completed more than 13 overseas deployments and served as the officer in charge of selection, assessment, and training for a specialized SEAL command. He also helped create the SEALs’ “Mind Gym,” a program built to improve mental performance under pressure. Since retiring in 2017, Rich has worked with business leaders, athletes, military teams, and major organizations to help people perform better under stress, challenge, and uncertainty.
